Wash the bags before use. Place the bags in the upper rack of the dishwasher for best results or wash with the silicone sponge, soap, and warm water.

How to open and close bags
Use the slider bar to open and close the bag. If you want to close the bag, make sure that you follow the arrow on the slider and the arrow on the bag. Close the slider bar fully to make the bag airtight and leak-proof. Tip: if you make the slider bar wet, the bag will close more easily.

Tight seal
It is normal for the slider bar to have a tight seal, otherwise, the bag would not be airtight and leak-proof. If you make the slider bar wet, the bag will close more easily.

Cold & Heat Resistant
AVOCADA bags are cold and heat resistant between -40 °F and 446 °F / -40°C to 230°C. The slider bar is heat resistant up to 158 °F / 70°C. Before heating, always remove the slider bar. For sous vide cooking, make sure that the slider bar is not submerged in boiling water or in direct contact with heat. When cooking, handle bag with caution to avoid burns.
